Smile!

Postby Susannah » Wed 21 Aug, 2002 08:29 am

During an otherwise crappy morning (this morning) I saw something that made me not only chuckle, but do some full-fledged laughing:
On my way to work (here in Orem) there was a car in front of me that looked like it had been in three seperate accidents. It was totally smashed on all sides.
I was thinking: "Is this person a crappy driver, or what?!"

Then I noticed his very large bumper sticker:

"I VOTE DEMOCRAT!"

That made me smile too. Thanks for sharing it.

I laughed as well. And sent it to my fiancee to see If I should send it to her highly opinionated and political family.

I don't get it?

Does that mean:

1) Democrats are crappy drivers
2) Democrats are always getting beat up in Utah... even in their cars!
3) It was Bill Clinton driving and he got into some accidents while distracted by an intern

Found this thread way back on page 76. I have a thing that will make you smile.

My grandson is 2 1/2, and he likes his blankets. He has two identical, but yesterday they were both being washed when he took his nap. When he woke up and Bethy told him they were ready to come out of the dryer, he was so happy! He said, as he snuggled them, "My blankies are my sweethearts!"
