I actually sat down on Saturday and watched United 93. I avoided it when it was in theaters because I knew it would be hard. It was, and I can not convey the feelings I had while watching the events. I was actually pacing at some points because I knew what was coming but the anxiety/fear/sadness/horror wasn't any less. At other times, while watching, I was kneeling on the floor, leaning and crouching over the coffee table, hugging my arms about my head and completely bawling. For some reason it is really hitting hard this year. I think my trying to avoid has been totally exhausted. The movie is really good, though. Like many good movies it wasn't one-dimensional. It showed the good, the bad, and the downright ugly.
