Stupid Anagram Game

Postby Clumpy » Thu 14 Apr, 2005 10:23 am

This one may be a little advanced for some of you little'uns, but let's try it out anyway:

1) The next post must be an anagram of the first post. No other text than your reply, please.

2) Use as many letters as you can. There's no shame in missing letters, but your remaining letters (you must write them to the side) add to your point total, one point for letters "e", "t", "a", "o", "i", "n" and "s" and three points for all other letters.

3) Format your answers like this:

[Your Anagram] [Left-over letters off to the side]
[Your points]
---

I'm well aware that this is a stupid game, but I invented it and I'll play by myself if need be.

---

I'll begin: "Now is the time for a dumb game!"

---

Sample anagram to that sentence: "A dab refugeeism moth? Mint!?! OW!"

---

Lovely.

If you're asking me to define "A dab refugeeism moth", then. . . no. I picture this filthy little bug wearing tattered rags, but that would be a "refugee" moth.

No, as long as the sentence sounds pleasant or rolls off of the tongue nicely, it doesn't really matter if it makes sense or does, for that matter, even consist of real words.
